PEGASUS was chartered by MERCURY Chapter through Brod. Fritz Del Soccoro.

The initiative of installing the PEGASUS Chapter is to cater the members who reside in Minglanilla, Cebu. Also, to accept members from Minglanilla proper for collegiate and non-collegiate (senior members).

Pegasus Chapter has already been in existence for 4 years and has been active in the community until now. The chapter is aiming for more activities for the benefit of the members and the community in Minglanilla.

The chapter is now recognized by Alpha Sigma Chi Omega, a duly non-stock corporation.
